Microsoft were good enough to give the first buyers 2 games and an extra controller for free when the first price drop came. They had me ship the Xbox to them and did the replacement for free. I think all I paid was the shipping and handling there. Call 1-800-MY-XBOX or whatever the number is... They were a lot of help to me. Or, another option, I'm about to sell my Xbox to EBGames, having recently bought a 360.
