Has Ozzy lost the plot?

Here I am, about to have a mess about with Xampp so I can have a nice local Wordpress development area when I am presented with Ozzy Ozbournes dodgy doppleganger… Take a look for yourself as I am not quite sure what else to say…

Oh well…. back to tinkering!
