Woo Hoo… The best Firefox extension just got better, Chris Pederick deserves a medal for the Web Developer Extension as it has helped my web development no end.

There has just been an update to this already fantastic extension which you can download here which has added several new features which I am going to enjoy using such as “Display Line Guides” or “Display Element Information”.

If you are new to building websites or a veteran alike, this is one of the most valuable tools you could have at your disposal for understanding web page architecture. You will find it especially useful if you are making the leap to tabless design as it will outline things like id’s & classes or even let you edit CSS on the fly so you can see the changes in real time.
