Ever wondered if you get enough sleep? I stumbled across this today and decided to give it a shot seeing as I seem to be the last to bed every night and first to rise… Apparently I doing okay for sleep which surprises me lol…

Not being blessed with any dependants I fear the opposite, that I get too much sleep. Time is a precious commodity in a finite lifespan and personally I think it’s time I got my finger out and pulled more “Maggie Thatchers”. I mind reading that she got by on an average of 3hrs a night during her term as Prime Minister.

No she was just barking a lot of psycopaths also do not need a great deal of sleep.
